Alps Group Inc Reports Fiscal Year 2026 Financial Results and Provides Business Update
Alps Group (Nasdaq: ALPS) reported fiscal year 2026 revenue of $4.86 million, up 44% from $3.37 million in 2025, driven mainly by medical testing, laboratory and aesthetics services ($3.15 million) and cellular therapy ($0.88 million). The company completed its Business Combination with Globalink in October 2025 and began trading on the Nasdaq Global Market.Gross profit rose to $1.56 million, but gross margin declined to 32% from 39% on revenue mix and profit-sharing in aesthetics.
