1/ While government victim blame people on bicycles, here's the car sewer we have to deal with almost every morning that should be a quiet route. There's a school about 50 metres up around the corner. Cars don't fit by each other so they drive on footpath which is already narrowed.
Congestion pricing has worked in other cities. I’m open to testing it, not rushing it.
The priority is a CTA that’s safe, clean, and on time so people can choose transit by default.
