A little Gopher Snake @evowo.bsky.social and I found on the road a few weeks back. We moved them safely across the road in the direction they were headed after a few pictures! #herps 🐍

A small frog, the Pacific tree frog appears in great numbers in June attracting predators such as birds and garter snakes. Climbing up into the teasel provides cover and a place for hunting insects.

🐸Three-striped poison frog (Ameerega trivittatus). Max size males 42 mm (~1.7"), females 55 mm (~2.2") Insectivore. Found in northern South America - Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, the Guianas, Peru and Venezuela. Considered Least Concern by the IUCN. 📷by Bill Salazar on Pexels
