I’ve been trying to get out of this bad neighbor situation for 2 years. We’ve had physical injuries & gunfire. I keep hitting walls. I’m down to my last hope & it’s disintegrating. We might be stuck here or homeless. Those are looking to be the choices.

The little Car Lot kittens & their mama Porsche are coming around bit by bit. Mercedes is still shy but Bentley, Kia & Ferrari are warming up to the kindness of their foster dad. Mom’s allowing pets & no longer hiding while he’s in the room, though she did try to chew her way out the window frame.

Also Daisy was out exploring my soap shelves and being SO BRAVE! So I sneakily went and got churu and then did the slowest little creep to get close. Churu success! And then crunchy treat success.

First video! Hello JJ, who is new and getting some excellent pats. He's not 100% brave yet, but we've had some cuddles and he's very curious.

Highland cattle are more suited to cold weather than hot with their furry coats, so we've given their paddock a summer makeover in anticipation of the hottest part of the year. Plenty of shade, fly control, and a huge oscillating fan to keep air moving. 🕶️

(Most vets are lovely, caring people who. However, Polka's vet really dropped the ball with her and failed to recognize that she was diabetic. He treated me like an overzealous worrier, even though this cat had days long bouts vomitting, and obvious neurological problems at the end of her life.)
