I wanted to put reposts under the main post, because I often am shown the reposts before the original content, which I'd prefer to be the primary content I see and interact with
anyway, imo most reposts could be comments

Yeah blebbit is the closest thing I could think of to an actual Reddit alt blebbit.app , the others were just me scraping my memory. Camphouse is your own idea? I haven’t heard of it.

@blebbit.app in its current form is a landing page. The vision is a groups or community platform that lets each decide what their vibe is on the spectrum from Reddit -> Discord -> Discourse -> FB Groups

Subs can most realistically be built out as an extension of feeds, otherwise it’s just too big of a bet.
We recently got the ‘not interested’ capability; keep it up!

a bunch of people on here use fedi too like Kuba and the bridgyfed/@anew.social people (makes sense). A few people also have either gotosocial or wafrn (wafrn seems fun). Also bonfirenetworks.org looks cool and we need an atproto PeerTube and Lemmy ( @blebbit.app is working on it).

Blebbit has some kind of vision, and IMO it looks a LOT better. I'd like it if at least the vision/design demo was a lot more fleshed out, honestly, get me inspired. Roomy is quite interesting and a little promising, but it seems like something where running alternatives was an afterthought.

Agreed about wanting Blebbit to succeed -- very exciting project -- but I think Piefed and NodeBB are likely to be a much better collaboration partners.

I think some Lemmy devs actually signed that letter which is based because I want something like @blebbit.app to succeed and probably would be helped by diffusion of knowledge from others like the Lemmy devs in particular. Would be cool for an eventual bridge if it makes sense.

While not perfect, Blebbit.app, is a good starting point IMO. The only exception is Bluesky shouldn't be highlighted -- only Blebbit.app alongside @ATProtocol.
Consistency is critical for customer awareness and adoption.
Suggestion: "Sign in with @ATProtocol" & no Bluesky references.

This comes down to branding.
Sign up & Sign across all apps, including Bluesky, should be an AT Protocol brand.
Blebbit.app is a decent example of branding ATProtocol. However, it’s the Blebbit.app a user is signing into not Bluesky. End users don’t understand the difference.
