🚨NEW: Senator Chris Van Hollen says he was just told by El Salvador’s Vice President that Garcia is still imprisoned because “the Trump administration is paying the government of El Salvador to keep him at CECOT.”💥 This is despite him not being a MS-13 gang member nor being charged with a crime.

Van Hollen says that he asked the VP of El Salvador why his government continues to hold Abrego Garcia even though he’s not charged with any crime and there’s no evidence that he’s MS-13. “His answer was that the Trump administration is paying the government of El Salvador to keep him at CECOT”

Yes. As with Kilmar Abrego Garcia, I suspect that the incompetence is itself part of the plan, such as it is. The intent, at least.

This is a fear tactic, they've given an example of what they will do now they send these letters to citizens scaring them then later they'll say they were sent in error, this is ramping up fear trying to silence us and stop citizens standing up for the people they ARE deporting!! I SAY FUCK THAT!

Kilmar Abrego Garcia was sent to El Salvador against court orders because he was a criminal, but there are no crimes they can accuse him of with proof, so they can't extradite him back to face charges for the crimes he allegedly committed.
