5 months agoThe Appeals Court should not have interfered with Judge Boasberg's plans to initiate contempt hearings--which is his sole right to do so in this case! Even a temporary injunction like this enables Trump, as he always done in court, to stall and delay justice.

5 months agoI have Senator envy. Senator Chris Van Hollen from Maryland did what no other representative or senator or governor has attempted. He went to El Salvador on behalf of his constituent, Kilmar Abrego Garcia. Each abducted prisoner deserves the same consideration from their government official.
