Trump’s administration is only pretending to comply with the Supreme Court on the matter of a Maryland man it deported erroneously.
Perspective taking is also important. The Trump administration doesn’t want him coming back because he can confirm our worst fears about what is happening down there. El Salvador probably knows this so keeping him alive allows them to extort the US.
