At night, agents drained the cooling fluid from the transformer and set fire to the substation, which caused power outages at russian military-industrial complex and army facilities.

3 days agoHe was in a state of shock when Russia attacked & only seriously started considering the possibility in the days before the invasion.Budanov was one of the ppl who finally got him to wake up. Calls to mobilize reserves & prepare fortification were blocked by Zelensky's office bc it could cause panic
