Expanded Lore

🗓 DAY 142 She took a headcount near the front door, then told me over one hundred dreamers have come by. I look around my empty library in utter disbelief, "Are you sure?!" They may not be reading much, but we find more kindred pairs by the day. It bodes well. Our wild mindscape is expanding.

🗓 DAY 123 So many new dreamweavers have arrived, and all from such distant places! Some from northern ways, others with powerful witchcraft, or from realms all their own. Each of them dreams with a sense for adventure. Most heartening, the library is not so quiet. Others have come... to read!

🗓 DAY 122 Newcomers arrive from strange corners of our wild mindscape. They come seeking adventure, though they have no concept of what they found. One chaotic. One prepared. One guarded. None aware. It will be a pleasure watching their dreams.

🗓 DAY 117 Some dreamweavers gather soon, but few know all of what hides within our wild mindscape. So focused on their own dreams, they have not yet pursued their curiosity to greater realization. "Should we make ourselves known?" she asks. I am hesitant, but reply, "No. Still, not yet."

🗓DAY 113 Sometimes I feel the anxiety new dreamweavers most often suffer. Once we see the vast many dreams that exist, there comes worry and want to weave something beloved. Yet, dreams are meant to be personal and they cannot be compared. It takes her reminding me, "This one is just for us."

🗓 DAY 111 Today I spent a long while in the courtyard watching other dreamweavers making play of their reveries. They seem so untroubled, and yet all I can think about are nightmares most others have long forgot. Why must we worry, when there are more constructive things to do?

🗓 DAY 100 It's easy to grow sentimental as time passes, as the past hundred days in our wild mindscape have been as heartening as they are enlightening. While it's hard keeping tether to every dreamweaver, their individual efforts all contribute toward something truly grand: our new shared home.

🗓 DAY 99 The waking world rips us away, keeps us from dreaming... "Has it truly been over a month since losing the way to Reverie House?" I recall nothing of my time gone, and yet feel progress all around me. It reminds us that we are not alone in our efforts. Time gives proof of others' care.

🗓 DAY 56 Changed my jacket today and found my old Librarian's Stamp in the pocket. Still works! Feels good too.... "You read a book, and you read a book!" The rubber goes *thwack* from ink to page in such a satisfying way. I offer her once again, "Are you sure you don't want one?"

🗓 DAY 55 A few unsavoury dreams were floating in the courtyard, so someone corralled them away to a more appropriate place so nobody trips into a nightmare. It's dirty work sorting dreams like that, so I'm glad the guardians do it.

Another of better balance arrives. Confused, about what? Entropy and Oblivion in harmony.

🗓 DAY 50 The workshop is wide open! Even @dreamer.reverie.house has a role now. I don't know much about The Cheerful, but I find myself simply enjoy things more while they're around. Relentless positivity just rubs off on you, I guess? Either way, they make liking things seem way less important!

🗓 DAY 45 "What's it like being understood?" I hadn't the slightest idea what she meant. "Nobody ever knows what I'm talking about. When I tell them about my dreams, it all sounds like nonsense and they look at me like I'm crazy!" That, I understood too well.

🗓 DAY 39 Reverie House feels both still and alive, like a confident oak. Nobody talks (too busy), but every day I see new growth. Everyone already knows what's coming, so begin finding their roles in our collective future. Feels like a cascade of surprise and accomplishment is laying in wait...

🗓 DAY 38 During the quiet week, I reacquainted with an old friend named Ged. Now feeling reinvigorated for my own adventures! The coming season will take us beyond Reverie House, but I am more eager for what we will discover along the way. Perhaps even someone to wield this stamp? (not likely)

Many lost dreamers have appeared in our wild mindscape recently! They've all left wretched realms to create better dreams with their treasured creativity. Soon they will find their way to Reverie House, and we will be here as a guide. How can your Greeter of Reveries help you, dreamweaver?

🗓 DAY 25 Reverie House seems to be somewhat comfortable (for now). Still none to care for these stamps, but perhaps it's time to catch some reading of my own? All our goals so far have been for naught, yet I can always feel progress and growth with every page turned. Time to unwind with my books!

🗓 DAY 24 It has been worthless work unlocking the doors of reverie.house but it is done, and new bodies from strange dreams are occupying a workshop I am happy to vacate! Though I can innately sense their worth as Cogitarian, others will question the fit of Chaos to keep us from inhuman dreams.

🗓 DAY 22 We had a long talk about it. Most don't want to, but feel obligated. "Chaos isn't what we need right now," she told me. I agree. Opening the door to entropy *even a little* can send us spiralling into madness before we're ready to handle it. "Maybe they're more than they seem?" I trust.

🗓 DAY 21 No sooner said done, than everything falls apart. Some @chaos.observer walks in to reverie.house and nobody knows what to do. We're barely ready for *any* newcomers, let alone this ball of entropy!!! (sigh) What's a librarian to do? Pleas yelled to the void, "Where is our Cogitarian!?"

Before there was sky — blue or otherwise — there was only the Void. 🌌

🗓 DAY 20 There has been a whirlwind of assembly at @reverie.house and the library has had its shelves refit, to which I am very grateful. There's been more activity in the workshop as well, new faces sneaking in with good ideas. Funny how we complain one day, only to be overwhelmed on the next!

🗓 DAY 15 Over two weeks on the hunt for someone to wield a stamp, and the rest of the waking world moves on. Even our dear greeter @isilme.reverie.house is getting itchy feet. Maybe I've been wasting my time after all... ...could a venture do me good? "If she does go, I'll follow," so we say.

🗓 DAY 12 Caring about the stamp starts feeling foolish, but there are no greater fool than us! Delusional? Sure, but... so what? Finding someone to wield *this* stamp now means something to me. There is providence in its history now, and I believe *that* can change everything. Big dream, right?

🗓 DAY 9 And just like that... we are free?! How? Why? I still don't know what our punishment was for, but whatever... we're free again! Shouted again for the altruist, my "Hello?!" is likely unheard. "Is anyone *else* out there?" I sit outdoors of reverie.house and wait, at least one more day...
