22 days agoI finally finished my @threewatersfarm.bsky.social tour de fleece 2025 colors. This is Slipstreams Pull and Pulling Purple. I spun them end to end and chain plied. These are going to be my main colors for a handspun Recalibrate.

I won at plying bobbin chicken! I chain plied the singles of the Good Karma Farm batt that I started during Tour de Fleece. I got a DK, 11 wpi, 3 ply yarn, about 368 yards to 8.4 oz.

I decided to enter a few of my projects in our County Fair: a skein of this year's Tour de Fleece Shetland wool, and a stole knit from Merino wool I spun during last year's Tour.
This is my first time entering things in the fair, and it was so much fun! Will be back next year for sure!
