if i was gonna give people going to Magic Con Atlanta one tip, it is to remember that commander games take a lot longer than you think, and if you want to do anything else, like see artists or whatever, budget your time and carryons accordingly. Also bring a reusable water bottle.

it's so funny to think about how much i used to carry to cons (10 commander decks! a full chaos draft pod and lands! D&D books on the off chance!), and how i basically slimmed down to bare minimums- like 2 commander decks, a pack of sleeves for the unknown event, and my dice box and mat

In addition to having to build a whole cosplay for #MCAtlanta I had to move my whole house. I had help on a few days but I probably moved 75%+ of my + partners things (she had back surgery and cannot lift anything) by myself.

I don’t know why Mary Jane is Iron Spider or why this requires the purchase of a Magic Card for a game that my style of brain cannot ever understand.
No lower ab crunch or butterflies, but it’s a new sculpted torso. The MJ head is nice but not seen here because that would have been made me useful.

what i call my 'favorite magic card' fluctuates a lot on my mood, and i'm definitely more of a 'likes things' guy than a 'dislikes things' guy, call it an 8:2 ratio
but like it's really gotta be Stifle effects in general, right?? like just. reprint a Stifle with Icarus in it
