Public transportation is up to 10x safer per mile than driving, yet we’ve built entire societies around cars. The result? Millions of injuries and deaths that don’t have to happen. buff.ly/YCRSJT3 #Transit #Infrastructure #PublicHealth

For anyone who might be thinking Nicole Saphier is a significantly better nomination for Surgeon General than Casey Means because Saphier is at least a practicing, board certified physician, please be aware of this... 😷🛟 health policy
Screenshot from a product sold on Amazon. Promotional graphic for DropRx herbal supplements by Dr. Nicole Saphier. The layout shows 4 panels. A central panel with the DropRx logo and the tagline “Feel better naturally, drop by drop,” alongside text describing research-backed tinctures for focus, calm, and wellness. To the right, informational text explains the brand’s origins, product uniqueness, and focus on organic, non-GMO herbal blends made in the USA. A black-and-white portrait of Saphier appears on the far right. The background includes soft botanical illustrations in muted green and beige tones.

Actual text window 1 of 4:

"DropRx by Nicole Saphier

DropRx is the gold standard in doctor formulated herbal blends, combining medical expertise with the purest plant-based ingredients."

Actual text of window 2 of 4:

"Solutions Backed by Research

DropRx was developed as a solution for clean, thoughtfully crafted tinctures that support focus, calm, balance, and overall wellness, without unnecessary fillers or hype. Each formula is inspired by both traditional herbal wisdom and modern scientific insight, and designed to fit seamlessly into real life. Our goal is to give you tools that help you feel your best, naturally, confidently, and on your own terms."

Window 3 actual text:

"How did we get our start?

Dr. Saphier's journey towards nutraceuticals began after her own diagnosis of an autoimmune disease and skin cancer. Her experience led her to explore and create ways to enhance her health by adding natural remedies to her treatment regimens.

What makes our products unique?

DropRx combines medical expertise with 100% sustainably sourced natural ingredients - it is designed for those who seek both science and nature.

What do we specialize in?

We clinically craft and create organic, non-GMO, vegan, kosher liquid herbal blends that are made in the USA."

Window 4 is just her image.

Dobbs was an earthquake. This decision is more than just an aftershock. One of every four abortions in this country is provided by telehealth. Pills by mail was one of the only lifelines available to people who needed abortions in states with near universal bans.

Are your pharmacy calls being answered by AI voice chatbots? Doctor's offices? Insurance companies? I recorded a call with the CVS LLM chatbot while trying to fill an Rx. It could not process "I have a new prescription." CVS Pharmacy is an LLM Voice-Chatbot Now ⤵️ www.patreon.com/posts/157….

Between 1996 and 2007 all of Australia had less than 50 cases of diphtheria. Twice that many cases in less than 6 months seems bad. This is a preventable disease with a 10% mortality rate: the vaccine for it work and is safe.

Diphtheria in Australia – Epidemiological update - 27 April 2026 🔹A total of 117 confirmed cases of diphtheria have been notified in Australia in 2026. 🔹In the past fortnight, 37 cases have been notified, with diagnosis dates ranging from 11 March to 21 April 2026. www.cdc.gov.au/resources/pu...

An official document cover from the Australian Centre for Disease Control. The top left features the Commonwealth Coat of Arms, while the top center displays the ACDC's teal and dark green interlocking loop logo. The main title, centered in bold teal text, reads: "Diphtheria in Australia – Epidemiological update" with the subtitle "As at 27 April 2026." The design is clean and modern, featuring large, flowing curved shapes in teal and dark green against a white background.

This makes no sense. In 2023, the Ford govt allowed pharmacists to prescribe medicine for 13 common ailments precisely to clear up doctors’ time spent on minor ailments all to alleviate the long waitlists for Dr. appts. Now he’s doing the opposite? WHY??? #ONpoli

Doug Ford: How do we make health care more inequitable and poorer people even sicker? OHIP: oh, oh, oh, I know! #OHIP #Ontario #HealthCare

As of April 1, 2026, Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) has clarified that prescription renewals completed without an appointment are considered an uninsured service and are not covered under OHIP.

Beginning June 1, 2026, a fee of $26 will apply to prescription renewal requests made without an appointment, including requests sent by your pharmacy.
