Hefty Jake X Toxie! Saw a sneak peek of the upcoming Toxic Avenger teamups from @ahoycomicmags.bsky.social and @mattbors.bsky.social. Maybe I'm biased, but personally I'm still holding out for the HJ Expanded Universe feat. @mattielubchansky.com's perfect boy 😎 #makifeed

I hope my little zojirushi knows that I've been up here drawing fan art about it👹
On the left, a worn old zojirushi single button rice cooker gently lets out puffs of steam from the vent hole in the lid. On the right, its stubby feet have turned into black-tipped crab like legs and the lid has tipped open in bigger clouds of steam as a large eyeball peers out.

I don't think I'm ready to call this "done" yet, but it's in a great spot for tonight. Stepped out of my comfort zone just a little and made sure to add a real background. #dandadan #makifeed

Here are some of my favorite Totoros (in no particular order) from MICE this past weekend! Starting with Doritoro and Orb. 🧵 #makifeed
A bold ink drawing of Totoro, a large furry forest creature with a wide toothy grin resembling a cross between a bear and a raccoon in shape, with long ears and blue-gray fur with markings on their chest. In this drawing, it is as if their silhouette has has been flipped upside down to create a wide triangular creature with little legs poking out of the apex of the inverted triangle and the face sitting withing the large space near the base.
Totoro seen as an sphere, floating above the ground. The big toothy grin and wide eyes fill the shape as if it is a balloon. Below is one of the smaller Totoro creatures looking up at the monstrosity.

I invented a new Totoro for @noethematt.bsky.social but forgot to take a photo so I tried recreating it for you all

A large man in brown in mishmashed bits of green armor over brown padded clothing stands holding a large club in front of him horizontally like a barbell. The club is a long wooden branch capped with a large studded iron weight made to look like a clenched fist. The fist grasps a long spike, which acts as the weapons serious business end. He wears a red and yellow shirt with a dark stripe running diagonally through it, bearing the mark of his company, the Sons of Drfus: A green muscled arm bent at the elbow and holding a club. His armor is all embellished with grotesque faces. From the sneering goblins on the back of his wrists, the fanged beast on his one pauldron, to his helmet, a 15th century sallet made to look like a goblin face with long flat tusks on the visor, which is lifted slightly. Two small yellow eyes peer out of the darkness inside the helmet.

I really want to draw more scifi stuff. I had a lot of fun with this concept but I long for that cassette futurism/beltalowda life. #makifeed #scifi

I've only done one piece of Scavenger's Reign fanart despite every character, critter, and inscrutable horror being perfect babies 😌 #makifeed #scavengersreign
In a bird's eye view of a dense alien forest, Levi seems to have found themselves hanging upside down from weird pink vines covered in villi while Azi stands below looking trying to free them with her noisemaking stick. They are surrounded by bulbous fungi, creeping green moss, strange tree trunks, and fuzzy floating things. A little hollow climbs down one of the weird trees in the background.

Folks, there's a new Chibi Godzilla episode today. So you know what that means... #moodeng #godzilla #makifeed
On the latest episode of "Maki Edits Chibi Godzilla", Chibi Moo Deng and hosts a cooking show, barely over to see over the countertop. Chibi Godzilla looks on thoughtfully while Chibi Mechagodzilla provides commentary in an inset panel. Overlaid on top of the scene is "Moo Deng Recipe" written in katakana.

"Waiting" Some more character art that I only got halfway through painting for commission promo before moving on. I was so tickled by them when I first drew it. They probably got into so much trouble. #makifeed

Another #swordtember sword dog. I modeled his face after a photo my wife took of our boy, Ollie, who matches this energy to a T. He's only has two modes. He's your angle or yuor devil. #makifeed
An absolutely shredded shirtless gnoll that bears a passing resemblance to a familiar rat terrier swinging the blood off his two swords. He has big pointy ears and is grinning. His fur is white, dotted with black spots like cookies and creme ice cream. His face is black except for a stat-shaped white spot on his forehead.
