I try to sneak in a liiiiil dev time where I can so I can fight against ADHD based disinterest (If I don't do something long enough I won't retain drive to pick it back up)

It feels too long since I put out a substantial update on #BurningSouls but I've been chipping away at small things over time and prepping lots of future characters to get developed on. We're officially in the Tag fighter era now so I just got to take more notes & put my all into mine haha
Testin' out Kurosixx routing with assist options to allow card draws. This has revealed that I could push this character further and invite more conscious decision making based on card draws, but for now enjoy this sequence~

5 yrs ago this was the first step @burningsouls.bsky.social took. This wasn't even in engine. I animated this in Sony Vegas JUST so I could taste what it could become.
Today the game supports 6 publicly playable characters!

Alrighty~ got some key frames for jumping normals made over the last couple days. I love making keyframes and it's super fun trying to find great poses & silhouettes to help lay the foundation of combat~
