During a late evening walk near camp we discovered this elk skull with the antlers still attached. This is referred to as a “deadhead.” Elk shed their antlers between late winter and early spring and will grow a new set every year.

Tilikum Crossing, Bridge of the People, is a cable-stayed bridge spanning the Willamette River in Portland, Oregon.
Spanning over 1,700 feet, it is the longest car-free bridge in the U.S..
