For my streamer friends out there. If you find some low graphics games still lag your setup it may be trying to run at unlimited FPS. Make sure your capture in OBS has "limit capture framerate" checked If you have an Nvidia card, I'd also recommend setting a global max FPS in the control panel

My cheat sheet for OBS/Stream audio levels I know a lot of folk struggle with levels, so use this as a base to work off of! Labeled lines at the edges of zones is the max that sound source should be if you want a "standard" audio balance for a stream.
