Important to know that these cuts kick in right after the 2026 midterms. Thatโ€™s how you know they know itโ€™s bad.

AOC: "On this point of tax on tips, as one of the only people in this body who has lived off of tips, I want to tell you a little bit about the scam ... the cap on that is $25,000 while you're jacking up taxes on people who make less than $50,000 across the US ... while kicking them off the ACA."

MAGA is a movement by jerks, for jerks
Rep. Jamie Raskin, a third rate Democrat politician, has no idea what is in our fantastic Tax Cut Bill, nor would he understand it if he did. This DOPE has been consistently losing to me for YEARS, and I love watching his ugly face as he is forced to consistently concede DEFEAT TO TRUMP โ€” And tonight should be another of those nights. Raskin is a bad politician, and a TOTAL LOSER!

NEW: Kilmar Abrego Garciaโ€™s lawyers seek permission to file an amended complaint in his civil case in Maryland. Among other things, the amended complaint โ€œincludes Abrego Garcia's first-hand account of torture and mistreatment at CECOTโ€ฆโ€
Case 8:25-cv-00951-PX
Document 211
Filed 07/02/25 Page 2 of 5
3. The proposed Amended Complaint details the Government's defiance of court
orders after this Court granted preliminary injunctive relief. The Amended Complaint includes
allegations that the Government made decisions to defy judicial mandates. These allegations are
new to the Complaint, but have been cited in various filings in this Court as the case has developed.
They are directly relevant to Plaintiffs' constitutional claims and outstanding requests for
declaratory and prospective injunctive relief.
4. Plaintiffs also seek to incorporate evidence that emerged in a June 2025
whistleblower disclosure from former DOJ official Erez Reuveni, who was previously counsel for
the Government in this case. The new allegations include government officials internally
acknowledging that Abrego Garcia's removal was an "administrative error" while simultaneously
working to prevent his return and to make post-hoc justifications. These revelations provide
evidence of deliberate misconduct that was unavailable when the original Complaint was filed and
directly support Plaintiffs' claims.
5. The proposed Amended Complaint also Includes Abrego Garcia's first-hand
account of torture and mistreatment at CECOT, as well as developments regarding his return to the United States and the Government's stated plan to remove him again. These allegations identify
the severe harm actually suffered and the threat of repeated unlawful removal that supports
Plaintiffs' request for prospective injunctive relief. The inclusion of these facts, which could not
have been pleaded at the time of the original filing, is essential to present a complete picture of the
violations and ensure adequate relief.
6. Plaintiffs also propose to clarify that the relief sought includes restoring the status
quo ante, which requires (among other things) the Government to return Abrego Garcia to

the stories that come out of the ICE camps are going to look like the stories that come out of every camp system; rampant corruption, epidemic disease, physical and sexual abuse on a vast scale, a death rate far higher than normal, and medical abuses.

The Paramount settlement makes clear that legacy media doesn't understand that consumers are not going to believe that news outlets paying millions to Trump are really going to hold him accountable. No surprise that Democracy Docket had surge of new subscribers today. Join now. hubs.ly/Q03jcjqP0

For every idiot like Ted Cruz, Bill Ackerman and Josh Hawley you find at Harvard, there are people like Sabrina Gonzalez Pasterski, a 1st generation American who finished with a 5.0 at MIT and got her doctoral degree in theoretical physics at Harvard. Many people call her the next Einstein.

Rep. Dean: "The senators voted on this not knowing exactly what was in the bill. I bet they loved the part about no sales tax on silencers. Really, folks? We want to make silencers more plentiful in this country at the behest of the representative who owns gun stores? Conflicts of interest abound."

The recipe for economic growth isnโ€™t tax cuts for the rich. Itโ€™s investment in our people โ€” in health care, infrastructure and education โ€” to build a strong middle class. You don't grow the economy through trickle-down nonsense โ€” yet that's what this GOP budget is all about.

A federal judge has ruled that the Trump administration cannot deny entry to people crossing the southern border to apply for asylum. The court found that neither the constitution nor federal immigration law allow the president to make that decision.

Federal judge strikes down Trump's order suspending asylum access at the southern border

The ruling was a win for immigrant advocacy groups that sued over the president's order, which they say put thousands of lives at risk.
