It is.It says exactly what I feared it would say about how the FBI is being reworked into a Stasi-like organization.Having listened to Pete Stzrok for 2+ years on the MSW Networks โ€˜Cleanup on Aisle 45โ€™ podcast,he always sounded like a great guy & I hope they can continue their friendship in peace.

And iirc social work and library science masterโ€™s are not considered โ€œprofessionalโ€ degrees like law or medicine, in spite of the fact that SW/LS masters are terminal degrees and more like professional certs, so thereโ€™s no room for getting a second masterโ€™s or switching careers (like I did)

This will be so detrimental to fields like social work, library science, etc that require expensive masterโ€™s degrees and result in low paying entry level jobs for people in public service. ๐Ÿ˜”

We should not. Where have they led us many of us to the grave in fact. Women's brains are built for leadership we have done the social work look at the world men are building under patriarchy it is revolting and cruel. We need empathy. www.youtube.com/watch?v=iโ€ฆ.

I have absolutely no energy for creativity right now, the thought of streaming is making me sick, my @owlbearadventures.bsky.social work is making me cry because I feel like a complete failure. I don't know how to get out of this rut, but the mental health is not good right now. I'm sorry x

I'm a certified #eldermillenial in my first semester of coursework after dropping out of college. Analysing scholarly work is a big part of my #socialwork program, & I just got a grade on my first article critique, which is also the first paper I've written since 2007. My professor's comments?

My mom (LCSW, so similar) does, and it's awful for her as a solo practitioner. The overhead for is insane and impractical for a small business given the hoops the insurance cos makes one jump through, arbitrarily saying things like, "Nope, that's enough sessions. We pronounce the patient cured!"
