The only requirements for now are...
1) Distribute your own digital & handmade #zines w/o the usage of genAI in ANY part of the creative process.
2) Participate in and/or host other related endeavors such as zine fests, workshops, etc.

Zines are ultimately about self-expression & spreading information about anything you want in a format that's different from the mainstream according to what I've learnt about 'em so far.
Supporting the zine making scene is honestly the least that anyone can do in this day and age, ya know?

Ah, I see. The VTuber related fanzines I've seen are usually shared in public Discord servers & social media from what I remember.
As for linking to other zine making VTubers, I don't have a user list and/or starter pack full of them prepared just yet. But I can put out a CTA to help find any folx!

Yup! I started making zines this year.
Collaborative fanzines (usually made for specific agency talents) are the most popular type within the VTuber sphere from what I've seen so far.
As for a "zine VTuber community", I think that's not a far fetched idea if enough folks were interested in it. 🤔
