Seated for Greta Gerwig’s Little Women (2019) 📽️. If you can believe this, I’ve never read the novel. I don’t even know how to say Saoirse Ronan’s name! I have completely missed this train.

He does have a point…if they don’t have a week-long run before the streaming release. But even with that, sometimes, they are considered for both Emmys and Oscars.
Case in point: Spellbound, Ultraman Rising, and That Christmas were on the Oscars shortlist and were also Emmy-nominated.
