I'm almost certain I'm auDHD based on...I dunno, numerous things but I always do well on "can you read emotions" tests/have high cognitive empathy
Does that actually disprove ASD in a person? Or is the idea that ASD=not being able to read people just more of an inacurrate generalization thing

I personally think it's fun I get 2 pride months in a row bc I'm both LGBTQIA+ (genderfluid, (gray) aroace) AND disabled (AuDHD, APD, SPD, misophonia, misokinesia, anxiety, depression, OCD, wears prescription lenses)! 😄 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️♿♾️

I don’t really like the term “overstimulated” in the AuDHD sense, I need a better word
I’m “stimulated” like one does a lasing medium
I’m “excited” as is an atom and need to be placed in a lower-energy environment so I can emit photons and return to ground state
