Glad to see that the city is moving forward with 6km of cycle tracks on Kingston Road. It's a huge shame that due to Bill 212/60, they will not be able to connect it to Danforth East. I'm afraid ridership might not be very high as we end up with more bike lanes to nowhere.

My least favourite worst bike rack need a bollard or ten.
Cars back into these back-of-a-parking-lot bike racks occasionally and I wouldn't leave my bike there.

Was going through old footage and noticed just how much TfL have narrowed the cycle lane (~30cm) on Clapham High Street after the summer resurfacing works. They also removed the wands segregating the cycle lane. Why???

I’m surprised to see a few people bothered by the term “Pacific Northwest“.
I get that it’s not as used here in Canada, and that not everyone in ON/QC will recognize it.
But apparently there are people in BC who reject the term.

Yes, at 9:30 AM on Nov 27 not even 100 people have used the 5 St SW bike lane.
But, it’s also 4 days since it snowed and people still can’t rely on the bike lane to be properly cleared of snow/ice.
Do Calgarians not want to bike in winter, or does Calgary not want people to bike winter?🤔

the driver (53/M) of a 2002 Chevrolet Silverado
going south on Lyttonsville Rd
hit & injured a pedestrian (56/M)
crossing properly not at an intersection.
Police (MCP3163009D) found both at fault.👀

The fake bollards at Six Corners continue to be an embarrassment. They’re going to spend more repairing these janky ornaments than it would have cost to install real bollards.
