I considered drawing this one a while back but never quite got around to it for whatever reason. That said, I really love this alternative evolution proposal for Kadabra, one of my all time favorite Pokémon. Genuinely wish this one was canon, lol. #Pokémon #ポケモン #pokemonfangame #Fakemon
Fan art of Elle/@elle-loves-hugs.bsky.social's fan made Pokémon "Hocuspocus"; an alternative evolution of the official Pokémon "Kadabra". It resembles Kadabra but has a quadrupedal form that more closely resembles that of a fox. It has several metal spoons enveloped in psychic energy circling it's midsection.

One of my favorite parts of Red 2 has been adding unexpected evolutions to existing Pokémon. Hocuspocus is a good example of this, being an alternate evolution for Kadabra. No ordinary fox, it represents the ongoing cycle of birth, life, and death; the most magical & mysterious wonder of creation. ✨

Deoxys: Favorite Psychic Type So many Psychic Type choices to sort through, but in the end I settled on the Orange Mutant "Teletubby" as some have called it. IDK, Something about it's alien origins, uncanny design, and various forms just strikes a cord with me. Only 2 left. #Pokemon #Pokémon #ポケモン
Deoxys is a orange, alien mutant-looking Pokémon with a vaguely humanoid body plan. it's most notable traits are it's four tentacles in place of arms and a purple gem-like organ lodged in it's chest.

Flygon: Favorite Ground Type Yes it's the GROUND type Pokémon named FLYgon that evolves from a BUG looking Pokémon... Oh and did I mention it's also a DRAGON. Wearing a lot of hats there buddy; may as well say it kind of looks like a GRASS type too while we're at it. lol. #Pokemon #Pokémon #ポケモン

Sylveon: Favorite Fairy Type This Fancy Fairy Fox thing had quite a few contenders; but in the end I had to give it up to one of the first Poké-Fairies. I guess if Umbreon is my 'rule of cool' Eevee pick, then Sylveon is my 'rule of cute' Eevee pick #Pokemon #Pokémon #ポケモン

Umbreon: Favorite Dark Type There were a lot of Dark types I considered for this list but in the end I decided to go with one of the "OGs" as some might say. A very simple but stylish classic mon, can't go wrong with Umbreon. #Pokemon #Pokémon #ポケモン

Noibat: Favorite Flying type The only Unevolved Pokémon on this list; and as much as I love Noivern for 'rule of cool reasons', I had to give it to Noibat for 'rule of cute reasons' it's just too darn adorable, looking lol. Noivern easily makes second place though. #Pokemon #Pokémon #ポケモン

Mega Banette: Favorite Ghost Type The only Mega Evolution on this list and one of the few that actually feels like it improves on the base design by quite a bit, IMO. Not that I dislike base Banette, but it always felt kind of underwhelming for a fully evolved Pokémon. #Pokemon #Pokémon #ポケモン
Mega Banette is a Pokémon resembling a demonic ragdoll like-creature with large forearms ending in 3 claw like-digits. it's magenta colored body is mostly covered in a black, jacket-like skin with several gold zippers. It's claw like digits can be seen poking out of it's "sleeves".

Froslass: Favorite Ice Type Frosslass is one of those Pokémon I never really cared that much about until I actually gave it some thought. It's peculiar design and clear inspiration just strikes a cord with me I suppose. #Pokemon #Pokémon #ポケモン

Lycanroc (Dusk Form): Favorite Rock Type I love all of the Rockruff line, but this orange doggo in particular just strikes a cord with me for some reason. Strange that they're rock types of all things, but I'm sure there's some nuanced reasoning behind it. #Pokémon #ポケモン
Lycanroc (Dusk Form) is a wolf like Pokémon with orange and white fur, and a white mane with 4 rocky spike like protrusions.

Lurantis: Favorite Grass Type Despite it's looks, it is actually not a bug type at all; likely an inversion of how an orchid mantis is an insect that resembles a flower given that it's basically a flower that resembles an insect. Arguably the coolest user of the move "Solar Blade". #Pokémon #ポケモン
Lurantis is a Pokémon that resembles a slightly anthropomorphic orchid mantis. Full Description (Taken from the Bulbapedia Wiki) Lurantis is a plantlike Pokémon that resembles a mantis. The top half of its head is light pink, while the bottom half is white. It has light red eyes, and two green antennae with a small green lump between them. There are four extensions to the top half of its head: two on the top with red tips that resemble ears, and one on each side with white tips that resemble stylized hair. It has a light pink body with wavy, skirt-like extensions around the waist and a green abdomen and neck. Its thin, white arms end in large, red scythes with white along the bottom rim and a single green claw on the tip. There are vertical, pink-and-red stripes down its legs, which have small, pointed green feet. The coloring and shape of Lurantis's body and arms give it the appearance of wearing a long-sleeved dress, while its legs are similar to pants. Four red, wing-like appendages sprout from its back, each tipped with white.
