That is exactly what I feel Jeanie. My pal is a senior nurse in the NHS & she says she gives these injections every day but feels frustrated that in our area you have to go in to get them. We have a new treatment day centre at the local hospital but how to get help is patheticly unavailable!

She's very upset, hates being old (like most people), has border-line high blood sugar levels and feels like she's just been discarded 💔 Feels to me like a mean spirited NHS policy decision to bring down waiting times because it's really struggling. Thanks❤️

Hasn’t the employment law changed re Referees or is this only in government jobs, including NHS and the law like? Basically you can only give factual information e.g. you knew the person. In other words applicants can’t be shafted by disgruntled bosses/managers. #TheArchers

Members of the Senedd heard during a health and social care committee meeting on 17 September that GP funding needs to increase from 6% to 8.7% of total NHS funding immediately, with a further increase to 11% in the next five years. GP leaders told the committee that funding needs to move from hospitals into general practice to fully support prevention and reduce impact on trusts.

I think one thing that protects us against this is that the public trust the NHS (even if they think it isn't working well at present) more than politicians. And that can be used effectively in any campaign.

What is UK system? MHRA regulates vaccines. They decide whether a vaccine is safe and effective enough to be legally available in UK. JCVI is committee of independent vax experts who recommend whether NHS should offer vax and to whom. Dept of health then decides whether to offer. 3/11
