It is very good for the public that judges across the country are now doing the "change the case code" move so that the dockets in these cases can be accessed on PACER. [Immigration case filings are only accessible in person, not on PACER.] storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us...
Case 1:25-cv-00059-H Document 53 Filed 04/29/25
Page 1 of 1
PagelD 442
UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT NORTHERN DISTRICT OF TEXAS
ABILENE DIVISION
W.M.M., on his own behalf and on behalf of all others similarly situated, et al.,
Petitioners-Plaintiffs,
V.
DONALD J. TRUMP, in his official capacity as President of the United States, et al.,
No. 1:25-CV-059-H
Respondents-Defendants.
ORDER
Before the Court is the petitioners' unopposed motion to lift the current viewing
restrictions on the docket (Dkt. No. 48). The Court grants the motion. See Fed. R. Civ. P.
5.2(c). Accordingly, the Court directs the Clerk of Court to lift all viewing restrictions on the docket—i.e., to make all prior filings electronically available to the public. All future filings shall be publicly available unless the Court grants leave to file under seal or in
redacted form, other than redactions made pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 5.2(a). If necessary, the Clerk of Court may change the nature of suit code to No. 530,
"Habeas Corpus," thereby lifting the limitations on remote electronic access to the docket that Rule 5.2(c) imposes.
So ordered on April 29, 2025.

The IL-Khan demands that neurodivergent people belong to his horde.

Dear god let this man cook.

Pritzker: It’s time for us to be done with optimism about their motives. Time to stop wondering if you can trust the nuclear codes to people who don’t know how to organize a group chat. It’s time to stop ignoring the hypocrisy in wearing a big gold cross while announcing the defunding of children’s cancer research
Autistic kids and adults who are loving contributors to our society don’t deserve to be stigmatized by a weird nepo baby who once stashed a dead bear in his car. Our military service members don’t deserve to be told by a washed-up Fox TV commentator, who drank too much before being appointed Secretary of Defense, that they can’t serve their country simply because they are Black, gay, or a woman.

Here's this appellate order against the Trump admin in the Colorado AEA case: storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us... Notably, the panel includes a Trump appointee, Judge Joel Carson, and another Republican appointee, Judge Harris Hartz (GWB). Judge Gregory Phillips is an Obama appointee.

The 10th Circuit US Court of Appeals has DENIED the govt a stay of a state-wide temporary restraining order against removing aliens under the Alien Enemies Act without 21 days notice, in a language the alien understands, advising of his or her right to bring a challenge in habeas.

Speaker Johnson says Republicans won’t gut Medicaid in the reconciliation bill. Reality check from me: They will absolutely have to cut Medicaid to meet their own targets — unless they junk the budget nearly all of them voted for. That’s not conjecture, it’s simple math.

Trump tonight: “I was sitting next to Elon and Dana White and noticed I was losing Pennsylvania. I thought they were cheating again, but then Elon turns to me and goes: ‘You’re gonna win Pennsylvania, they just don’t know it yet.’ 15 minutes later
We won.” They cheated And now he's confirming it

Some news from Major Garrett's intv of Dr Marty Makary - sounds like FDA now looking at whether it will still approve updates to COVID shots for next winter - "really excited" to have Tracy Beth HĂžeg in process, when asked about her role in Novavax approval www.cbsnews.com/news/fda-cov...
Major Garrett [16:46:39]

And for COVID shots for next winter, generally, is the FDA still planning to approve updates to those?

Marty Makary, FDA [16:47:01]

We’re taking a look. I can’t comment on any particular application.

As you know, we have a bunch of applications for those booster shots. Remember, Major, 85% of American healthcare workers said no to the last COVID boosters.

So we have a bit of a public trust problem.

I think there’s a void of data. And I think rather than allow that void to be filled with opinions, I’d like to see some good data.

BREAKING: In a broad challenge to what AAUP & others call the Trump administration's "ideological-deportation policy," Judge William Young, a senior status Reagan appointee, allows the case to go forward — dismissing count 3, but denying DOJ's request to dismiss the other claims.
Here, the American Association of University Professors (the
"AAUP"), the AAUP-Harvard Faculty Chapter, the AAUP at New York University, the Rutgers AAUP-American Federation of Teachers,
and the Middle East Studies Association (collectively, "the
Plaintiffs") sue Secretary of State Marco Rubio in his official
capacity, the Department of State, Secretary of Homeland
Security Kristi Noem in her official capacity, the Department of Homeland Security, Acting Director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Todd Lyons in his official capacity,
President Donald J. Trump in his official capacity, 1 (collectively, "the Public Officials"), and the United States of America? based on the Public Officials' alleged policy of
targeting noncitizens who engage in pro-Palestinian or anti-
Israel speech and association for arrest, detainment, and
deportation (the so-called "ideological-deportation policy").
Comp1., ECF No. 1.
The Plaintiffs bring four counts: (1) a claim based upon the First Amendment to the Constitution, challenging the ideological-deportation policy itself; (2) a claim based upon
the First Amendment to the Constitution, challenging the Public
Officials' threats to punish noncitizens' constitutionally
protected speech;, (3) a claim based upon the Fifth Amendment to
the Constitution, alleging that the ideological-deportation policy invites arbitrary and discriminatory enforcement; and (4)
a violation of the Administrative Procedure Act, 5 U.S.C. §
706(2) (A) -(C), also based on the ideological-deportation policy.
Comp1. II 134-39. The Plaintiffs seek declaratory and
injunctive relief, and an award of costs and attorneys' fees.
Id. 47-48.
III. CONCLUSION
For the reasons stated above, the Motion to Dismiss is
ALLOWED in part as to count three and DENIED in part as to
counts one, two, and four. A case management conference is set
for Tuesday, May 6, 2025 at 10 a.m.
SO ORDERED.

I literally had to check it even though I completely trust Josh. I ... don't know what to do with this.

Despite seeing several people I totally trust say this was real I still felt I had to verify it with my own eyes. And having done so I still can't believe it's real.
