Never before in U.S. history has one man exercised such unbridled discretion affecting the lives of so many, while simultaneously preventing others — Congress, the courts, the American people — from having a say or even knowing what he’s going to do next. This is dictatorship.

Trump 2017: "It is my pleasure and my honor to announce my nomination of Jerome Powell." Trump today: "He's a terrible Fed chair. I was surprised he was appointed. I was surprised frankly that Biden put him in and extended him." Every news story will include both clips, right?

The GEO Group, a major ICE contractor that was the first maxed-out corporate donor to Trump's 2024 campaign, has boosted bonuses and stock awards for its top executives following passage of Trump's Big Ugly Bill. The border-industrial complex is getting rich off cruelty.

This is not just about Texas.
This is about power, control, and rigging elections before a single vote is cast.
They’re trying to redraw the maps, and rewrite the rules. Let me remind them: they took an oath to the Constitution, not to Trump—and map manipulation is voter suppression.

More than 300 rural hospitals could close due to Trump/Republican Medicaid cuts. Rural areas will also be hit especially hard by food stamp cuts. And public broadcasting stations in rural areas could shut down if the Senate passes its rescission bill. I thought Republicans loved rural America?

The Senate will vote this week on whether to strip over a billion dollars in funding from public broadcasting and radio at Trump’s direction. Why? Because, like every dictator, he knows that his biggest enemy is an educated and informed public. youtu.be/rEH7sF6pA4s?...

The Trump regime is about to burn 500 tons of USAID emergency food. Why? Because it expired after its shipment was delayed. 1.5 million children could have eaten for a week. Now, taxpayers will spend $130K for it to be destroyed. This isn’t just inefficient – it’s cruel.
