Did you disable the "any repost" setting in "allowed users" to restore the feed? I will just do that when I am back to testing the bug so you can leave it online for now.

A weird bug caused upper-case characters to be blocked in feed-paths. If you had trouble importing your feed, this has been fixed :) - Josh Before / after:
Feed path "/TEST" and the error message 'Invalid Feed Path "TEST", must be all lower case with no spaces"
Feed path "/UPPERCASE" working correctly with no error message.

We’ve generally seen, like what you’ve had here, that the bug happens on some devices but not others (the model/browser doesn’t seem to make a difference here).

We’re working on fixes, we’ve had general client asset issues (which causes the unpin bug) and have been working to nail those out - but that’s been somewhat on the back burner while we’ve worked to make our infrastructure super reliable πŸ™‚. - Josh

Daryll, if you have a moment could you do us a favour and remove and then re-add @gabrownie.bsky.social to the list? That won't affect their ability to post as they're in as an individual approved user, but it'll allow us to test a bug theory.

Looks like a bug! Thanks for reporting it, we've added it to our list so will look into it as soon as we can 😁

Again, my apologies for the inconvenience! We'll get it nailed down and are working hard to do that as soon as possible; it's only that this particular bug is much like herding cats or nailing jelly to a wall.

Thanks Daryll! We think we have fixed this bug going forwards, people are no longer being removed from the synced list if they drop out of the API response. Unfortunately it looks like if anyone dropped off in the past Bluesky never adds them back again when we ask for the updated list members.

Hey, I would say it should be immediate - so this is possibly a bug. We'll look into it πŸ‘€ Thanks for letting us know!

Have just added @veryfinestlions.bsky.social in as an individual user :) We'll nail this bug eventually I swear!

Ah yeah okay, hiding a post clears your cache so that will explain that one! I think we've got the ghost approval on the bug list but I'll check. I've definitely come across it before! Clearing the cache does generally sort this kind of thing which happens with any action on a post e.g. pinning.

Hi Sheena, was it you who I emailed earlier? If so, this is a different bug and yours should be fine now - let me know if posts are still missing after you've amended settings. If not, disregard all that πŸ˜… and let me know if you're still having trouble.

Hi team, this is turning out to be quite a sticky bug and we're going to have to think longer on it. BUT we have reproduced it in house which means I can at least put Birds back to ~regular programming. I've added these three users as individuals. They're on the Bsky list too but something funky...

Perfect thank you, that's help us track down the bug! Turns out it's because your feed is set to "real time", but this was tripping up when Auto Moderator approves the post causing the post to not get processed correctly for display. This will be fixed in our next release, maybe tomorrow or Monday

Hi! Do you have the toggle on the main page set to sort by date added? This might be a bug for us to sort out with auto mod.

Kia ora all! There's been a pending post bug kicking around since yesterday afternoon which is now fixed. Any stuck pending posts should be booted into your feed next time you load up the posts on BSFC.

Hi! That's a bug that popped up yesterday. We're working on it and should have an update coming. It seems to only affect those particular posts and other ones are going past into feeds. We should be able to recover the stuck ones with our fix. Thank you for checking in 😁

Hi there! Thanks for letting us know. This is a bug that we're currently investigating. Could you let me know which feeds you're seeing these in? Is it all of yours?

Hi there, this is to do with language settings generally - the Bluesky language settings for the device you're viewing the feed on need to match the language settings the feed collects. This goes for all viewers of the feed too. We did a thread about it a while ago as there was also a bug.

Morning all! Something funky is going on with Bluesky's language settings - it seems some people (including us) have had their feed view language settings reverted. This is causing posts to show up in BSFC feed dashboard, but they're invisible when viewing the feed on Bluesky.

No problem! Bug has been fixed which allows your feed to complete registration with a warning instead of crashing, meaning list updates are reflected in "allowed users". I have added both those posts to your feed, and you can see that they would now match according to the "Test post" tool 😁.
Screenshot of BSFC interface, showing messages: Feed has been re-registered in workers.
post_from:@whoi.bsky.social: Could not resolve user whoi.bsky.social.
Bluesky says: Invalid handle 'whoi.bsky.social'
Screenshot from BSFC interface. Message says

Post matches included terms(s) "#marinelife" in the " Marine Life! πŸ¦‘" feed

Not by us, but occasionally Bluesky will invalidate the OAuth session for some unknown reason. It's a long standing bug that we haven't fully cracked yet.

The bug has now been fixed, so if you try this again the error message will be correct 😁
