Add in some salt and pepper, sazon, a can of salsa or Rotel, some garlic, some cumin, and chili powder? Delicious. Tortillas, cornbread, whatever. Delicious.

agree about tortilla placement, flour is to the left of crepe and corn a bit to the right of where it currently is
re: cornbread, I think itโs great when itโs good and horrible when itโs bad โ ranked where it is because itโs interesting texturally, no matter what

Oh yeah. I only ever got to meet my grandfather and when he was older. But Iโm told after him and my grandmother were divorced they still got along and together for the holidays and was a big fight on who cooked the best cornbread. That skillet in the pic is probably 50ish years old

I use Jiffy Mix, there factory is in my hometown Chelsea, Michigan. My parents worked for them thatโs where they met. Thatโs my cornbread. I donโt make it from scratch. Because I donโt know howโฆ.lol! Alex says itโs not as sweet at his grammas but he loves it.
