Lab Tips

My job is fairly physical (not an office job - I set up chem & bio labs and manage orders, chemical storage, and lab safety for a university). I'd be *thrilled* with a 32hr week w/ paid lunch breaks, tbh.

Not our ITS department casually dismantling our ability to use lab safety training materials that took me several years to build, without providing any useful alternatives. No, no, that's fine, I had no other projects planned for this summer...

So my boss sent me a link to a company that uses AI avatars and scripts to create videos, suggesting that we should look into this for doing lab safety training. How do I professionally say that I hate this idea with my entire actual human soul, and I'd like to launch it into the sun?

I'm not willing to spend actual time working on it, either, but I'm fine with, like, using the phrase "lab tip" or a hashtag in the future 😆
