Kimmel enters Americans homes every night?? Dude he doesn’t come in through a window. People watch the show…or they don’t. That’s the 1st amendment. Choice. Agree or not it’s free speech. Don’t like it, don’t watch. Don’t stop others from having that choice. What Ol Slappy wants is censorship
At the convenience store, waiting to pay for my items Man behind me: “There used to be a day where women were cheerful and smiled more” Me *turns around*: “That was probably before women got so sick and tired of men telling us how we should carry ourselves” Man: 😳 Me *pays and walks out*
Shoutout to the horse I saw, saddled but riderless, galloping through the rain with wild abandon, a yelling human running behind, waving her hands as she slipped and sloshed in the mud, the horse neighing and joyfully surging forward, whirling with the wind, the water, the rain, free, free, free
@benkuchera.bsky.social Your comment about carrying the weight of something one did years ago is powerful. I began attending al-anon meetings because of recognizing my codependency with my alcoholic friend. "Made a searching and fearless moral inventory of ourselves." I'm giving thought to that.
Worst is, I had missed a lot of classes in a rhetoric class and I saw my stern old teacher on the street and I was trying to duck her. Two problems. She died in the 1990s. She didn't teach rhetoric. She taught history classes. Otto Korrekt changed stern to sternum, which made no sense.
A conversation with Carrie Rheingans @crheinga.bsky.social on why statehouses matter—and why every policy is really a health issue. @practivistpod.bsky.social with @bluesboysteve.bsky.social & @jasonberlin.bsky.social l practivistpod.com #MSWMedia Listen: redcircle.com/shows/dce195...
After the corrupt conman pocketed all the money from donors, Lindsey Graham is asking working class Americans to fork over $400 million taxpayer dollars to fund Trump's vanity ballroom project. He thinks 90% of Americans support the construction of the psychopath's 'Versailles.'
Read this article in the Daily Beast talking about how this could not be staged because it was so incompetent and made everyone look bad. Did that reporter sleep through all of 2025 and 2026 and wake up just before the WHCD dinner? The last year and a half has been incompetence!
It isn't a ballroom. Look below, at what is being built and why. It's a giant, modern Hitler-in-Berlin bunker intended to save a group of self identifying elites. It should be dug up and destroyed. I've come to believe that he really thinks he is Hitler returned.
How can #Florida Gov. Ron DeSastrous get around a provision in the state constitution that forbids the pro-GOP political gerrymandering he's determined to carry out? By claiming that the rules are unconstitutional, of course. www.tampabay.com/news/florida... via @tampabaytimes.bsky.social
It came out last week... The PALANTIR MANIFESTO. And, of course, it was ignored by the mainstream corporate media. But it should NOT be ignored by anyone who doesn't want to be ruled by these wannabe douchebag overlords. Mein Kampf, but less coherent. The Doctrine of Fascism, but less subtle.
⚠️WOKE CONTENT⚠️™️ 🧵 The man below is author Michael Fedo. He is the reason why we know about the lynching of three Black circus workers that took place on June 15, 1920 in Duluth, MN. (cont) #ProudBlue #ResistanceRoots #USDemocracy #Voices4Victory www.duluthnewstribune.com/community/au...
There's a Republican VIP that I have known decades. They had a back room meeting one day. He said, "We just had an important Republican Party meeting." "Yes, I could tell by all of the black people there." To his credit, he supports my messages and checks to see who I represent each time he sees me.

In 1995, just before Charlotte and I married, we bought a bread making machine. We just threw it in the car and drove to Illinois for me to meet her friends. We unpacked it 10 pm, read instructions until when, and made really good bread. The baking aroma woke everyone up. Great fun.
If only the left could behave more like President Trump to cool down the temperature, by calling for the wiping out of an entire civilization, threatening and insulting people, and declaring wars to distract from Epstein. Then discourse in this country would be much more civil.
