YMMV on tactics and strategy, but it is genuinely odd that Dem leaders have no articulable plan to retake the Senate, and nobody seems to expect them to. Rebuilding with a bare majority will be a nightmare, and simply impossible if Republicans keep the Senate indefinitely.
