The SkyFeed Discover feed is now finally back online! Feel free to try it and let me know if it shows you relevant results: bsky.app/profile/did:... If it's empty, you might need to like some posts first because it only uses your recent likes as input.

The SkyFeed Query Engine V1 is coming soon! It will support running RegEx (and most other) filters on all posts ever posted on Bluesky. This is especially useful for less frequently mentioned topics, like in the demo feed below. If you would like to try (and help test) the new engine, send me a DM

The "Liked by Follows" feed should now load significantly faster (~ 80ms) after writing a new Rust-native implementation of it!

I just built another new feed, this one combines 5 different algorithms: 1. Posts liked by people you follow (likes by users who like a lot are worth less) 2. Posts liked by your mutuals 3. Posts liked by users who also liked posts you liked (the connection is stronger for less popular posts) [1/2]

Hey bsky users, I'm working on a fun new algorithmic feed. Please try it and let me know if you like the posts it shows you!

I just created a simple feed which lists feeds I posted about recently, to make finding and trying them out easier: bsky.app/profile/did:plc:odo2zkpujsgcxtz7ph24djkj/feed/aghqar7i7t3py

✨ New personalized Feed: Liked by Follows ✨ It contains posts liked in the last 10 hours by users you follow. However, the more posts someone has liked, the less their likes are worth. So the feed might highlight interesting posts by users who don't use Bluesky that much yet :)

I also made a new experimental feed "Liked by Mutuals" which re-uses the new algorithm implementation as a modular block in the SkyFeed Builder. (same concept, different input!)

Feed of Feeds updated, it now sorts posts by likes and freshness (HN algorithm). Use it to discover new interesting feeds!

The Discover feed is back online! Still a bit experimental, so please let me know if it doesn't load for you. Also, the OnlyPosts and Mutuals feeds have been moved to new infrastructure and now use the same query engine as the more than 15 000 custom feeds published using the SkyFeed Builder!

If there's a big event going one, someone usually creates a feed for it! You can use this feed to discover them when announced: bsky.app/profile/did:plc:tenurhgjptubkk5zf5qhi3og/feed/feed-of-feeds And if there's none for your event of choice yet, you could create one with @skyfeed.app

I made a "Now Playing" widget :D it works using a custom feed that can be both easily updated and embedded in posts! a fun idea could be to show posts from the artists a user is listening to in the feed or maybe other users talking about them.
