I bought an X Files music compilation CD as a kid and you had to start the CD, REWIND 6 minutes, and you got a secret song. Felt like I was in the Illuminati every time I listened to it.

You don't understand, they used to put additional music tracks on the CD that weren't listed on the case. They were like 10 minutes long, the real song would end, then 5 minutes of silence, then the secret tracks would play. No it was not an optimum way to listen to music but it made you feel ALIVE

So it’s been a long running games of Tales from the Loop & its sequel Things from the Flood.
Essentially it’s an alternate 80s/90s mystery and horror game where your players play kids/tweens/teens trying to solve mysteries and stay alive. It’s very twin peaks, stranger things, x-files, and more.

absolutely. I did an article about why there were conspiracy movies re Nixon but not trump even tho conspiracy theories are more rampant now. the 90s had it all. Waco, mcveigh, the internet and it might sound weird but the x-files. the truth is out there became a huge thing. and the JFK movie.
