I have been meaning to give an update on some side projects I'm currently working on, this is the current state of the dialogue node system I am working on for Unity 3D, to hopefully make it easier to setup dialogue systems. There are a few things I still need to test out and work on.

The TanStack Pacer docs source of truth is all in the JS doc, and then markdown gets generated by typedoc for the website docs. I never want to write API docs another way again. We will always have carefully written guides on the docs site to supplement though.

I knew a few languages* before Python and enjoyed coding but Python was the first time I truly loved coding. Swift is close but Python will always be my first love. * COBOL, PHP, JavaScript, Objective-C (say you’re GenX without saying you’re GenX, 😂😂)

So interesting to see Python surging in popularity - thanks to this being the language of choice for ML, and now AI, and thus AI products - and software built using GenAI models or APIs. It allows ML engineers / data scientists and software engineers to use the same language.

Created a product landing page for monotype.app using v0.dev I chatted with ChatGPT a lot to nail down a product vision spec first, then 9 iterations on v0 and deployed straight to Vercel. Took about an hour. Incredible. #buildinpublic

Finally getting back to getting Ozone running and seriously rethinking life choices (Windows dev environment). Ozone was fine, but the ATProto services were very very unhappy (.sh scripts and bash syntax in npm scripts are a lot of it), but in WSL I’ve got a bit of a 🤔 going on with a .d.ts file…

One other super cool thing is that all of the examples (not just the underlying components) have also been reviewed by our amazing accessibility team. So it is truly getting as close as possible to out of the box a11y

But really: I'm in love with the showcase that @lilachm.bsky.social and team have spent time assembling. I just can't get over at how crisp and well-designed these are! If anyone ever says "accessibility is in conflict with aesthetics" show them these.
