Yeah, it's sadly still better at some of those than Procreate ;_; I still absolutely love it though.
I'm registered as a business, so I can't 🏴☠️ sadly (I'm too scared of controls), hence why I'm actually looking for alternatives T_T
I installed a trial of Affinity Photo, and so far it's very similar

I switched to Affinity Photo for photo editing, sometimes you can get full Affinity suite for ~500PLN

今日のaffinity designerの書籍からの演習おわりました。
ある程度クリスタとかを使っていた経験でなんとか終わらせることまではたどり着いても、慣れないドローイングソフトに少してこずっています。
が、文字の修飾やカーブつけて文字をレイアウトするなどクリスタだと妥協せざるを得なかったところもできるようになっているのは嬉しいことなので、初心者用とはいえまずは本を最後まで１冊やりきるところまでは連休中に進めたいです。

Previously, I created all of my eejits PiTCH BiBLE in Affinity Designer. All the pages as individual art boards. Numpty.
Now I’m revising it/starting again, I’m doing it proper in Affinity Publisher. It’s a lot better but there’s a bit o’ a learning curve.
It’s maybe active procrastination.
