The autumn colours in Wareham Forest look great, almost glowing in the low rays of the sun - less #fungi now but still some to be found.
An improbably delicate Bonnet surviving the frost and standing alone, and an army of Candlesnuff erupting from a stump were my highlights.

about 4 hours agoThis #lichen similar to previous post. Very close to ‘pink earth lichen’ in looks ‘cept it’s pink apothecia is not on stalks. Very tiny. Very close. Deep within the cracks of a thick barked tree which slowly grows by our rugby fields #FungiFriends
