Got in about 2 miles walking around the concert yesterday
Today did 1 mile warm up walk, 50 floors on stairmaster then full body weights w/ glute focus with Bulgarian split squats, seated good mornings, sumo squats, RDLs, and skier swings 💪🏽🙌🏽🙏🏽
