You're right, it's a MontBlanc Meisterstück. I worked in a bookshop as a student, and they also had these very expensive fountain pens. Above all, it suits Aziraphale so well, such a noble and long-established brand.

That was my first thought too but then I thought that Mont Blanc fountain pens are thicker but again, he has big hands, so even posted like this it wouldn’t look as big as it would in my hand (I swear I’m still talking about the pen), not that I have a Mont Blanc! I have a look-alike tho.

Generally, heat and fountain pens don’t go together. It doesn’t take much to warp feeds or other delicate parts. There are materials that can take it, but not all.

I loved how he didn’t do email. He didn’t have a computer, he used a fountain pen, and he ate a yogurt and apple with the core everyday for lunch. Oh, and he had to move to a one story because his house couldn’t bear the weight of his 4,000+ books.
