It's that time! It's the most and least visited Pokémon articles from October 2025. Looks like lots of familar faces from Legends: Z-A have risen to the top! Are your favorites here?

I decided to save watching this for tonight after finding out about it when browsing Bulbapedia earlier this month. I enjoyed it, and it was a fun little thing to watch during Halloween! www.youtube.com/watch?v=5….

Bulbapedia's been having server issues for a bit, since ZA dropped. They talked about maitenance on the 27th, but seems like things are going awkward for them.

It's 2'07" and 76 lbs. Some dog breeds are bigger than that, so I think it'd be okay, you'd just have to give it soaks in the tub and stuff. That said, the Pokedex implies they are social creatures, so it might be better to keep two or bring it to Staryu meetups for optimal health.
Pokedex entries screenshot from Bulbapedia, centered on Generation III.

Ruby Staryu's center section has an organ called the core that shines bright red. If you go to a beach toward the end of summer, the glowing cores of these Pokémon look like the stars in the sky.
Sapphire Staryu apparently communicates with the stars in the night sky by flashing the red core at the center of its body. If parts of its body are torn, this Pokémon simply regenerates the missing pieces and limbs.
Emerald It gathers with others in the night and makes its red core glow on and off with the twinkling stars. It can regenerate limbs if they are severed from its body.
FireRed It appears in large numbers by seashores. At night, its central core flashes with a red light.
LeafGreen An enigmatic Pokémon that can effortlessly regenerate any appendage it loses in battle.

Somehow I never noticed that he was a gym leader while perusing the list of them on Bulbapedia, Trace.

Thinking back on all the stingy GTS horseplop with Furfrou trims in the era where we could only get them in a bankable form from Pokemon Go in certain real-world regions. I resorted to trading some spare legendaries for those galldern fancy dogs. And then Legends Z-A arrives and it's just like:
SpongeBob’s hand holding the tag of a present, which has been edited to read: “From: GameFreak. To: Living Dex Collectors. Well here you go.”

We apologize to anyone currently experiencing issues trying to access Bulbapedia. We expected a large spike in traffic due to the release of Pokémon Legends Z-A, but we are also being bombarded by bot traffic, which is greatly exacerbating the issue. We are working hard on this.

I've been watching Cecelily's streams and as far as I'm aware I haven't seen any, but she's still in the Early Game. I don't wanna look at the dex from Bulbapedia nor Wikidex yet so I can't give you a concrete answer

You know what Bulbapedia needs? When you go to the page of a Pokemon, they should have a list of, like, notable trainers who are known to own that Pokemon. Maybe I'm just lazy, but I feel like it'd be nicer to than having to go to every Gym Leader's page to figure out which of them own a Rapidash.

And this, friends, is why Pokémon are great
Aesculus hippocastanum, the horse chestnut, is a species of flowering plant in the maple, soapberry and lychee family Sapindaceae. It is a large, deciduous, synoecious (hermaphroditic-flowered) tree. It is also called horse-chestnut, European horsechestnut, buckeye, and conker tree. It is not to be confused with the sweet chestnut or Spanish chestnut, Castanea sativa, which is a tree in another family, Fagaceae.

In case anyone else was wondering why part of Rayquaza’s name comes from seat, this is why
A screenshot of the name origin section of Rayquaza’s bulbapedia page. Part of it states that the latter half of its name may be derived from “za”, meaning seat.
